Managed SOC Services
for 24/7 Threat Detection
& Response

Cylentrix Managed SOC provides continuous security monitoring, threat detection, investigation and response across your endpoint, network, cloud and identity estate. Our security analysts operate the SIEM and SOAR layer for you, correlating events, validating alerts and driving incident response, so threats are contained before they become business-impacting incidents.

01MANAGED SOC OVERVIEW

24/7 Security Operations
Without Building a SOC
From Scratch

A Managed Security Operations Center gives you the outcome of an in-house SOC, continuous visibility and a documented response path, without the headcount, tooling and tuning effort behind it.

Running your own security operations center means staffing analysts across three shifts, licensing and tuning a SIEM, writing detection content, and keeping all of it current as attacker techniques change. Most enterprises need the security outcome, not the operational overhead.

Cylentrix Managed SOC services deliver that outcome as a service. We ingest security events from the systems you already run, correlate them in a managed SIEM, and put analysts behind every signal, so you get continuous security visibility and a response capability that is ready before you need it.

Onboarding starts with what you already own. We map your existing security controls, identify where telemetry is missing, agree severity definitions and escalation contacts with your team, then tune detections against your environment before the service goes live.

What our Managed SOC covers

Six disciplines, run as one security operation and owned end to end by the same team.

  • 24/7 SOC monitoring Endpoint, network, cloud and identity telemetry watched continuously, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Managed SIEM Log onboarding, parser health, detection content and retention, deployed and tuned by our team rather than yours.
  • SOAR automation Playbooks handle enrichment, containment and ticketing, with EDR and XDR telemetry behind every decision.
  • Threat detection and analysis Correlation rules, behavioural baselines and AI-assisted detection cut millions of raw events down to what matters.
  • Investigation and incident response Escalations arrive validated, with scope and blast radius established before containment begins.
  • Threat intelligence and hunting Intelligence feeds enrich detections, and hypothesis-led hunts look for the activity that never raised an alert.
02HOW MANAGED SOC WORKS

From Security Signals
to Action

Security data from across the estate flows into one operating loop. Every stage has an owner, a defined output and a measurable handover to the next.

Security data sources feeding the SOC

  • Endpoints
  • Network
  • Firewall
  • Cloud
  • Identity
  • Applications
  • Email
  • Servers
  • Collect

Telemetry normalised into the managed SIEM.

  • Detect

Correlation and AI-assisted analytics raise signals.

  • Triage

Analysts separate real threats from noise.

  • Investigate

Scope, timeline and blast radius established.

  • Respond

    Playbook containment, then coordinated remediation.

  • Improve

Findings tune detections and new hunt hypotheses.

03BUSINESS BENEFITS

The business case for
Managed SOC

Security operations are judged on outcomes: how quickly a threat is found, what it costs to stay covered, and whether the evidence stands up when someone asks for it.

Managed SOC operating model: data sources, detection and correlation, analysis and investigation, response and remediation, reporting and improvement
  • Faster detection and response

Continuous monitoring and tuned correlation help shorten the gap between suspicious activity and a decision, so incidents are contained earlier.

  • Coverage without building a team

Round-the-clock analyst cover, detection engineering and SIEM tuning, without recruiting and retaining staff across three shifts.

  • A shorter, sharper alert queue

SOAR automation and AI-assisted triage group and rank related alerts, so your team reviews validated escalations instead of raw noise.

  • More predictable security spend

One managed service in place of platform licences, tooling and headcount that each scale on their own curve.

  • Audit-ready evidence

Log retention, incident records and response documentation designed to support the audits and regulatory obligations you already carry.

  • Visibility across the estate

Endpoint, network, cloud and identity telemetry correlated in one place, so risk is judged against the whole environment, not one console at a time.

05WHY CYLENTRIX

Why enterprises trust
Cylentrix with their
security operations

Choosing a Managed SOC partner is a decision about accountability. These are the commitments behind ours.

24/7 security monitoring

Analyst coverage across every shift, with defined escalation paths and no blind spot at night, on weekends or over holidays.

Security-first expertise

A dedicated cybersecurity practice, not a helpdesk with a SIEM licence. Detection engineering and response are the core discipline.

Integrated IT, telecom and security

One partner across managed IT, connectivity and cybersecurity, so containment never stalls waiting on a third party.

SIEM and SOAR capability

We own the detection and automation layer end to end: onboarding, tuning, playbook design and content lifecycle.

Threat intelligence-led

Detections are enriched with current adversary infrastructure and techniques, so alerts arrive with context, not just indicators.

Enterprise-ready operations

Documented runbooks, agreed severity definitions, measurable response timelines and a named contact for escalations.

Compliance-aware security

Log retention, evidence capture and incident documentation aligned to the audit and regulatory obligations you already carry.

India, USA and Singapore

Operations across three regions support follow-the-sun coverage with local accountability and local escalation.

Transparent reporting

Regular reporting on detections, incidents, response times and tuning changes, written for security teams and boards alike.

08FAQ

Managed SOC services,
answered directly

The questions security and IT leaders ask before handing over monitoring, answered the way our SOC team answers them.

What is a Managed SOC?

A Managed SOC is a Security Operations Center delivered as a service. Instead of building an in-house team, tooling and detection content, an external security provider monitors your environment around the clock, investigates suspicious activity and coordinates incident response. Cylentrix Managed SOC services combine 24/7 SOC monitoring, a managed SIEM, SOAR automation, threat intelligence and analyst-led investigation.

What does a Managed SOC monitor?

A Managed SOC monitors security telemetry from across the estate: endpoints and servers, network and firewall traffic, cloud platforms and workloads, identity and access systems, business applications and email security. Those sources are normalised into the SIEM so activity can be correlated across them rather than reviewed in isolation.

Does Managed SOC provide 24/7 security monitoring?

Yes. Monitoring runs continuously, every hour of every day, including nights, weekends and public holidays. Escalation paths and severity definitions are agreed in advance, so it is clear who is contacted, how quickly, and what happens next when something significant is detected.

What is the difference between Managed SOC and SIEM?

A SIEM is a platform: it collects, correlates and stores security events. A Managed SOC is the operation around that platform, the analysts, detection engineering, triage process, investigation and response that turn SIEM output into action. A SIEM with nobody watching it produces alerts; a Managed SOC produces decisions and containment.

Can Managed SOC monitor cloud and endpoint environments?

Yes. Cloud platforms, SaaS applications, containerised workloads, endpoints, servers and identity providers are all common data sources. Cloud and endpoint telemetry are usually the highest-value inputs, because they show both the initial access attempt and what happened after it.

Can Managed SOC integrate with our existing security tools?

In most cases, yes. Managed SOC is designed to sit on top of the controls you already own, including firewalls, EDR or XDR agents, email security, identity platforms and cloud-native logging. Integration is assessed during onboarding, and any genuine visibility gaps are identified before the service goes live.

How does Managed SOC respond to security incidents?

Detected activity is triaged, validated and investigated to establish scope and impact. Confirmed incidents follow an agreed response playbook: containment actions such as isolating a host or disabling an account, notification to your nominated contacts, coordinated remediation with your IT team, and a written incident record. Findings then feed back into detection tuning.

Who should consider Managed SOC services?

Organisations that hold regulated or sensitive data, run 24/7 operations, or lack the headcount to staff security monitoring in-house. It is also a common step for teams that already own a SIEM or EDR platform but cannot keep up with alert volume, tuning and out-of-hours coverage.
